Our aim is to provide you with simple but delicious
food in a homely atmosphere. We hope to introduce
you to traditional dishes and at times special ones
appropriate to the season. We work hard to make sure
that each meal is a pleasurable experience.
All meals will be served at one large farmhouse
table. They can be taken either in the dining area
or outside on the terrace. Meals cannot be eaten
in the bedrooms.
For breakfast each morning we will provide a choice
of drinks including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk
and fruit juice. There will always be fresh
local bread with jams, honey, yoghurt, soft cheese
and a choice of cereals.
Breakfast will be served between 8.00am and 10.00am.
An exception can be made if you need to make an especially
early start, for instance, on you day of departure.
The more formal, three course evening meal is a
set menu costing 20 euros per head. It must always
be ordered in advance. You can order when you make
the original booking or, if not, no later than the
evening before. There will be a starter, a main course
and a dessert. All wines and coffee are included.
We hope that you will join us with other guests promptly
at 7.30 pm for a traditional 'appéritif' and
expect to eat at 8.00 pm.
